and other exclusive information about the show will be available here on rockstar.msn.com.
Why is the full vote
information not revealed so we know how the Rockers are doing? Specific
details of the weekly voting will not be made public. This secrecy is for the
benefit of the show and to build up excitement each week. We do not want the
public vote to be unfairly influenced in favor of or against any one Rocker
because of the knowledge of how the public voted in previous weeks; therefore,
this information will remain confidential.

Web Site
Voting
What browsers and operating systems are
supported? Rock Star: Supernova voting will be supported on Internet
Explorer 5.5. and higher for PCs and Internet Explorer 5.1 and Safari 1.0 and
higher for Macs.
Do I need a .NET Passport account to vote? No.
When voting through the official Rock Star: Supernova web site, you will not be
required to enter any personal information or sign-in with a .NET Passport
account to vote.
Why am I being asked to match scrambled letters and
numbers from a picture? You must type the numbers and letters you see in
the picture to confirm that a person is trying to access the page, rather than
an automated program. This helps keep automated programs from casting fraudulent
votes or misusing the system, for example, to send many votes for a single
rocker. In most cases, automated voting programs cannot recognize letters and
numbers in the picture.
How do I vote again? To vote again, you
must go back to the Rock Star: Supernova home page at rockstar.msn.com and go through the entire voting
process. Note: If you click the 'Back' button in the browser from the vote
confirmation page, and then redo the Human Interactive Proof (HIP) challenge,
your vote will not be counted. You must start from the beginning for your votes
to be counted.
Why do I see a page that says "Sorry. Voting is closed"? The voting
system will open for voters depending on their time zone. It is possible that
voting is not yet open or has already closed for your time zone. You can vote
after the show ends for four hours per time zone except in some parts of
Australia. However, some regions may view Rock Star: Supernova via satellite or
a method that differs from the standard broadcast feed times; therefore voting

I received a "Your vote has been

fraudulent source before counting it as a valid vote.

When I tried to vote, my handset said "Message not sent."
Why? Although the text messaging networks are designed to handle large
volumes of votes, there may be times (particularly just after the show has
aired) when they cannot handle every message as a result of network congestion.
When this happens, "Message not sent" will appear on your handset. Please be
patient and try again later.
