Al
BermanExecutive Producer
Al Berman is an Executive Producer of prime-time, network live
events and specials. Since 2000, he has executive produced ten of
Mark Burnett's live finales for "Survivor" (CBS), including "Survivor
Africa," "Survivor Marquesas," "Survivor Thailand," "Survivor Pearl
Islands," "Survivor Australia" and "Survivor All-Stars." He has also
executive produced the finales for "The Apprentice" (NBC), "The Contender" (NBC), "The Biggest Loser" (NBC) and numerous
prime-time network specials. Berman has also served as Consulting
Executive Producer for "The Simple Life Reunion" with Paris Hilton
and Nicole Richie (Fox). Berman is currently serving as the
Executive Producer -- Live Broadcasts for "Rock Star:INXS."
A four-time Emmy Award winner, Berman is a veteran of the news
arena, bringing over 14 years of experience to bear. He was
Executive Producer for "The Early Show," "CBS This Morning" and for
the 1998 Winter Olympics in Japan for CBS Sports. In addition,
Berman was Senior Producer for the "CBS Evening News" with Dan
Rather, traveling the globe on the biggest stories of the time,
including Kuwait, Haiti, Somalia, Cuba, South Africa and Japan.
